Pax Christi Metro New York invites you to join in Prayer and Public Witness on the occasion of the 78th Anniversary of the Bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Aug. 5th at Noon In Manhattan – Gandhi Statue at West Side of Union Square Park near 14th Street. There will be Prayer for those who have suffered the effects of nuclear weapons development and use.

The Ringing of a Gong 78 times for the 78 years since the tragic dawning of the nuclear age.
Leafletting to inform and invite action to abolish nuclear weapons.
